Market Analyst – Aviation

About the role

A respected aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul company is looking for a Market Analyst to support its aviation business. The role involves gathering data on aircraft, engines, companies, facilities, vendors and parts, and reporting on market developments.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on aircraft, engines, companies, facilities, vendors and parts from open Internet sources
• Call by phone in English to obtain information not available online
• Maintain and structure databases of the collected information
• Plan weekly, prepare daily and weekly reports and present them to management
• Monitor and report on changes in the aviation market, regulatory updates and customer preferences

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, aviation or a related field (Master's a plus)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills, fast learner and adaptable
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, precise and responsible
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Required skills

• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel
