Digital Campaigns Subchapter Lead - Diagnostics

About the role

The Global Digital Hub is a growing business line within Roche Services & Solutions, aiming to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities through social media management, brand support, digital publishing, marketing automation, content creation and creative design. As Digital Campaigns Subchapter Lead in the Diagnostics area, you ensure the Hub's long-term outcomes and priorities, inspire collaboration across the network and help shape its future while supporting colleague development.

Key responsibilities

• Own a complete business service end-to-end, including the work and the people delivering it, and act as the main contact for global partners and stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and coach team members: set goals, manage performance, onboard and grow careers
• Set technical and quality standards, establish process governance and coach colleagues in their craft
• Attract, develop and retain talent, advocate for diversity and build an inclusive team culture
• Build collaborative relationships across Subchapters, Chapters and RSS organizations to align priorities and speed decision-making
• Drive continuous service improvement by monitoring resource use and customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with local and global labour regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7+ years in digital operations for large organisations, agencies or startups, and 3+ years in people leadership, coaching and talent development in marketing teams
• Strong domain credibility and business leadership, able to set quality standards and own end-to-end partner relationships
• Proven experience in matrixed, cross-functional global environments using agile ways of working
• Strong written and spoken English, able to engage with senior leaders and cross-functional partners

What we offer

• Starting salary of 3,000 EUR gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications
• Hybrid model (2 days per week in the office)
