About the role

Swedbank is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Services division in Daugavpils or Rēzekne. You will act as a trusted partner for small and medium‑size enterprises, helping them make informed financial decisions and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain transaction relationships with corporate banking clients in the SME segment.
• Attract new clients and expand the portfolio.
• Advise clients on financing options and everyday banking products.
• Support clients in the effective use of Swedbank solutions and promote deeper adoption.
• Assess financing requests and represent them before the bank’s decision bodies.
• Continuously develop professional skills and acquire new knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑oriented environment, working with financing and/or banking products.
• Practical experience in company financial analysis.
• Ability to maintain existing relationships and establish new ones.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from internal and external resources.
• Very good Latvian and good English for communication with clients and Baltic colleagues.
• Category B driver’s licence.
