Junior Specialist Finance – Fuel Accounts Payable

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Junior Specialist in the Fuel Accounts Payable team. This temporary 1.5‑year position offers the chance to develop finance skills while supporting supplier invoice processing and month‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Participate in month‑end closing activities according to the reporting schedule.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
• Support maintenance and improvement of process documentation, procedures, and work instructions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (students welcome).
• Fluency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and a proactive, team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
