Junior Assistant – Daugavpils Branch

About the role

Join Swedbank’s Daugavpils branch as a Junior Assistant and gain hands‑on experience in banking customer service. This six‑month internship offers a full‑time position where you will develop client‑consulting skills and learn digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and coordinate client flow in the service hall.
• Advise and educate clients, guiding them to use remote channels such as internet banking, ATMs and other digital services.
• Work full‑time at the Daugavpils branch, supporting daily operations.
• Become proficient with Swedbank’s mobile applications and Smart‑ID features.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Good command of Latvian; conversational English is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, acquire new knowledge and apply it in practice.
• Responsibility for entrusted duties and a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Swedbank mobile application usage.
• Smart‑ID authentication.
