About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Specialist providing support for video‑streaming services. You will interact with customers in Latvian and English through phone, email, social media and dedicated apps, helping them resolve usage issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot streaming platform problems.
• Communicate solutions clearly in Latvian or English, depending on the customer’s preference.
• Document interactions in the internal ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Latvian (spoken and written).
• Comfortable communicating in English (minimum B2 level).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work rotating 8.5‑hour shifts, Monday to Sunday.
