Key Account Manager – Fintech Payments

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at COLIBRIX ONE you will build strong, lasting relationships with merchants and act as the main liaison between them and internal teams. You will work in a fast‑paced fintech environment, helping clients adopt AI‑powered payment solutions across the EU and the UK. The role combines client onboarding, advisory, and strategic account development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Advise merchants on COLIBRIX ONE products and services.
• Maintain and update the client database as the single point of contact.
• Facilitate communication between merchants and finance, compliance, and operations departments.
• Anticipate client needs, develop action plans, and drive innovation and best practices.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering the best client experience.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Motivated, confident, and achievement‑driven.
• Previous B2B client‑oriented experience, preferably in banking or payments.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages a plus).
• Experience in a regulated environment within banking or payments.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly.
