IT Security Manager

About the role

Mintos is looking for an IT Security Manager to protect its growing cloud and on‑premise environments. You will join a fast‑expanding fintech platform and help keep millions of investors safe.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day security operations, including monitoring, threat detection and incident response.
• Operate and improve security tooling such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection and antivirus solutions.
• Conduct security and vulnerability tests across cloud and on‑premise environments and produce detailed reports.
• Participate in information system security audits and support DORA (EU 2022/2554) readiness.
• Track remediation of vulnerabilities, risk assessments and audit findings using Jira and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in system/network management, cloud administration or security operations.
• Familiarity with key AWS services (IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Basic scripting ability (Python, Go or Bash) for log analysis and incident response.
• Strong written and spoken English and Latvian.
• Ability to follow processes while proactively flagging gaps.
