Graduate AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Join RS Group as a Graduate AI Automation Specialist and help design, build and roll‑out AI‑enabled, low‑code automation solutions that improve productivity across the business. This two‑year graduate programme offers hybrid working in Riga, hands‑on experience with real‑world projects and structured training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and analyse business processes to spot inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop and test automated workflows using low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier and Make.
• Ensure ethical, safe and compliant use of AI and automation tools.
• Collaborate with functional teams to implement digital workflows and support user adoption.
• Monitor performance of automated solutions, gather feedback and iterate.
• Produce documentation, training materials and provide guidance to operational teams.
• Support change‑management activities and promote digital awareness across the organisation.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to digital, analytical or process‑improvement topics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to map processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with low‑code/no‑code automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make).
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and ethical considerations.
• Ability to document processes and create user‑focused training material.
