About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join the LANDE team and support high‑quality group financial accounting, reporting and analysis across several European countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse financial results of group companies.
• Prepare monthly management reports and consolidate financial data.
• Develop budgets, financial plans and forecasts, and compare actual results with targets.
• Maintain various financial calculations, Excel models and regular reports.
• Control inter‑company transactions and settlements.
• Verify the quality of financial and accounting data.
• Prepare financial information for management, investors, banks, auditors and other partners.
• Coordinate regular financial reporting processes and improve existing procedures.
• Support the finance team in daily tasks and provide backup when needed.

Required profile

• Strong Excel skills (good or very good).
• Previous experience in accounting, finance or working with financial data.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently on large data sets.
• Attention to detail, systematic approach and ability to meet deadlines.
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, management reporting or finance process automation is a plus.
