Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our international team and provide on‑site support for industrial equipment across Poland, Latvia, and the Czech Republic. The role is hands‑on and field‑based, ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly in production environments and solving technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective on‑site solutions.
• Provide technical support and preventive maintenance activities.
• Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and sales teams.
• Prepare service documentation and reports after each intervention.
• Support continuous‑improvement and customer‑satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in production or industrial settings such as food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related sectors.
• Background as a machine operator, maintenance technician, service technician, production engineer, or similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a field environment.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
