About the role
We are seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to join our newly established IT Hub in Riga. The role focuses on designing, implementing, operating and optimizing modern workplace technologies that support employees worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, configure and operate Microsoft‑based workplace platforms.
- Manage endpoint management services with Microsoft Intune and optimise device lifecycles.
- Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices and workplace hardware.
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 and other end‑user computing platforms.
- Drive software deployment, patch management, workplace automation and endpoint security initiatives.
- Collaborate with security engineering teams and contribute to global rollout projects.
Required profile
- Several years of experience with modern workplace technologies, endpoint management and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows client platforms and device lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust and endpoint security concepts.
- Understanding of workplace automation, software deployment and patch management.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
