Digital Workplace Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to join our newly established IT Hub in Riga. The role focuses on designing, implementing, operating and optimizing modern workplace technologies that support employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and operate Microsoft‑based workplace platforms.
• Manage endpoint management services with Microsoft Intune and optimise device lifecycles.
• Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices and workplace hardware.
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 and other end‑user computing platforms.
• Drive software deployment, patch management, workplace automation and endpoint security initiatives.
• Collaborate with security engineering teams and contribute to global rollout projects.

Required profile

• Several years of experience with modern workplace technologies, endpoint management and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows client platforms and device lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust and endpoint security concepts.
• Understanding of workplace automation, software deployment and patch management.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
