Data Analyst – Products & Systems

About the role

Join Luminor as a Data Analyst in the Products & Systems domain, supporting large‑scale data migration initiatives across the bank. You will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that help reduce migration risk and improve data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, KNIME, and/or Python to support migration planning and execution.
• Conduct portfolio analysis to identify trends, assess migration scope, and evaluate readiness.
• Prepare, validate, and clean data extracts for testing and migration activities.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for tracking migration progress.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to gather requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis for business or migration projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
