Data Analyst – Business Intelligence

About the role

Join Aleph’s Business Intelligence team as a Data Analyst, acting as the backend engine that powers data‑driven decisions for both platform supply and sales demand. You will work with global advertising platforms such as TikTok, Google, Microsoft, and Spotify to transform complex data into strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends and performance metrics.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Looker Studio for real‑time visibility.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses for platform RFP responses, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with strategists, sales teams, and regional leaders to define data requirements and deliver quantitative solutions.
• Identify performance anomalies, revenue opportunities, and market risks, packaging raw data into actionable analytical models.
• Establish data validation frameworks and ensure high standards of data accuracy and documentation.

Required profile

• Highly analytical with a strong quantitative background.
• Problem‑solving orientation and ability to tackle complex business questions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights for cross‑functional stakeholders.
