Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join the SQUALIO team. You will audit, evaluate, design, implement and monitor security measures that protect our customers' environments and data from cyber‑attacks and breaches.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in security auditing and technical testing projects, assessing IT, application and cybersecurity controls.
• Lead virtual CISO services and cybersecurity projects such as phishing simulations, vulnerability assessments and end‑user training.
• Identify security and performance improvement opportunities, design new controls and document findings.
• Create high‑quality deliverables and present results to clients.
• Continuously improve internal methodologies, tools and processes.
• Assist in service presales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on security testing or auditing experience.
• Strong background in infrastructure, networking and programming concepts.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, LPT, OSCP, Security+) are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Latvian and English.
• Experience working with international clients is advantageous.
