Customer Consultant (Temporary, 2 years) in Ventspils

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Consultant to join our team in Ventspils for a fixed‑term contract of approximately two years. You will interact directly with clients, provide advice, and actively promote our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients and actively sell products and services.
• Work with various databases and documentation to support client interactions.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the client centre.
• Travel to other regional service centres when needed to provide coverage.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education and a strong desire to learn.
• Interest in mobile technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade.
• Willingness and ability to travel to other service centres as required.
• Previous experience in client‑facing roles is a plus.
