Cluster Marketing Project Manager – 5 Hotels in Riga

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on Cluster Marketing Project Manager to take full ownership of marketing for five hotel properties in Riga: Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Daugava, Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel, Radisson Hotel Old Town Riga, Park Inn by Radisson Riga Valdemara and Park Inn by Radisson Residence Riga Barona. As the solo marketer for this cluster, you will drive local marketing execution while balancing brand standards with creative, high-quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing initiatives end to end, balancing priorities across the five cluster hotels
• Adapt and run marketing plans for the Radisson Blu, Radisson and Park Inn brands in the Riga market
• Create and publish content (Reels, stories, posts) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Find, brief and manage local content creators, from outreach to final approval
• Promote the Radisson Rewards loyalty programme locally, in line with CSO guidelines

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or F&B
• A portfolio: links to managed social accounts, content examples and at least one campaign with measurable results
• Fluent English and Latvian (written and spoken); other languages are an asset
• Self-starter who works independently and manages time across several properties
