About the role
Join our fast‑growing IT company in Riga as a B2B Sales Manager. You will lead new‑business development across Latvia and potentially the wider Baltic market, collaborating with sales, marketing and pre‑sales teams to secure contracts for cutting‑edge technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Latvia and the Baltic region.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline and target‑account strategy.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, partners, campaigns and events.
- Conduct commercial discussions with decision‑makers and translate customer needs into proposals.
- Work with pre‑sales and solution experts to create offers and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers and uncover further business opportunities.
Required profile
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in IT services.
- Proven track record of new‑business acquisition and proactive prospecting.
- Strong understanding of the Latvian business market and buying processes.
- Experience handling long sales cycles, tenders and CRM pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Professional proficiency in Latvian and English.
- An established network in Latvia, the Baltics or Europe is a plus.
