Automated Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Project Manager to enhance private‑customer experience across the Baltic region. You will design, execute, measure and optimise multichannel campaigns for over 2 million customers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing automation projects, from concept development to testing and optimisation.
• Define target customer groups, channel‑mix strategy and support offer development.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product specialists, analysts, legal, digital experts and developers across the three Baltic countries.
• Measure, analyse and optimise multichannel campaigns for more than 2 million private customers.

Required profile

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to align expectations at business‑bank level.
• Ability to interpret data and turn results into actionable business decisions.
• Customer‑centric mindset with high ownership and problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent English and at least one Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian).

Required skills

• Experience with SharePoint, Jira and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Pega Marketing, Salesforce or equivalent.
• Background in customer data analysis, digital and direct marketing.
