About the role

We are looking for a reliable security guard to work in the centre of Riga. The position involves maintaining safety and order in a busy urban environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols and monitor the premises.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate logs.

Required profile

• Valid security certification or willingness to obtain it through free company training.
• Fluency in Latvian.
• Good computer literacy.

Required skills

• Security certification (or ability to acquire it).
• Basic computer skills.

What we offer

• Stable gross hourly wage of €5.70‑€6.00.
• Monthly performance bonus up to €150.
• Flexible working hours (09:00‑21:00) and schedule.
• Meal‑card bonus ranging from €75‑€140 after the probation period.
