About the role

We are looking for a reliable security guard to work in a shopping centre located on Brīvības Avenue in Riga. The position involves maintaining safety and order during the operating hours of the centre, providing a visible presence for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and monitor entrances, exits, and public areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies promptly.
• Control access and ensure only authorized persons enter restricted zones.
• Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to management.
• Assist visitors with directions and information as needed.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a valid security guard certificate.
• Good command of the Latvian language.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, primarily from 10:00 to 21:00.
