About the role

The Operational Control Center Manager will lead daily activities at the control centre located in Imanta, Riga. This position ensures smooth security service delivery in an international environment and supports rapid decision‑making in dynamic or high‑pressure situations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily operational tasks.
• Monitor employee performance, plan work schedules and oversee execution.
• Make quick, responsible decisions during dynamic or tense situations.
• Communicate with clients and their contacts in English.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.

Required profile

• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Understanding of security processes and ability to enforce them.
• Fluent oral and written Latvian and English.
• Strong communication skills.
