Account Manager (Payments)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners for a UK‑based fintech company that provides secure card‑acceptance and payment processing solutions. The role works in a hybrid model from either Limassol or Riga and is key to driving customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing merchants and partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Support merchants throughout their lifecycle, coordinating onboarding, operational requests, and ongoing account management.
• Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, operations, and payments teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, increased transaction volume, and additional payment‑solution adoption.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an account manager, client success manager, merchant support, or relationship manager in payments, fintech, banking or card‑acceptance industry.
• Proven experience working directly with B2B merchants.
• Strong understanding of card acceptance, payment processing, or merchant services.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level).
