Account Manager (Fintech Payments)

About the role

As an Account Manager for a UK‑based electronic money services provider, you will build and maintain relationships with merchants and business partners, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth. The role operates in a hybrid model from Limassol or Riga, supporting the company’s expansion in the payments sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing merchants and business partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support merchants throughout their lifecycle, coordinating onboarding, operational requests, and ongoing account management.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Payment teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, increased payment volumes, and additional payment solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Merchant Support, Relationship Manager or Client Services Manager within payments, fintech, banking or acquiring.
• Direct experience working with B2B merchants.
• Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment processing or merchant services.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian at C1 level is a plus.
