About the role

Magnetiq Bank is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to strengthen its relationships with innovative FinTech clients, including EMI, PSP and crypto players. You will join a fast‑growing team that shapes the future of digital finance in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with FinTech clients (EMI, PSP, Crypto, etc.).
• Ensure high‑quality service and coordinate daily interactions with key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client portfolio.
• Advise clients on the bank’s products and services.
• Generate innovative ideas and resolve non‑standard situations together with clients.
• Achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Higher education or final studies in economics, finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance – FinTech services, banking operations.
• Proven success in building and maintaining business relationships.
• Experience working with EMI, payment institutions and crypto platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent Latvian and English.
• Motivation to learn, improve and explore new solutions.
