About the role

Join IKEA Latvia as a dishwasher and help deliver an excellent experience for customers by keeping the kitchen area clean and efficient. You will work with modern Swedish‑designed equipment in a high‑traffic store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes using the provided dishwashing and drying machines.
• Sort and place cleaned items in their designated locations.
• Observe sanitary, epidemiological and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Clean and tidy the work area at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Experience in a catering or food‑service company is an advantage.
• Previous work in a high‑volume environment with large customer flow is desirable.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and holidays, with up to 10‑hour shifts.
• Knowledge of the state language (Latvian) and legal adulthood.
