Catering Quality Assurance Manager – NATO Base Latvia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead food safety and quality activities for our catering operation on a NATO‑supported military base in Latvia. You will ensure that all food services meet stringent NATO/NSPA, HACCP and ISO 22000 standards while supporting a fast‑growing, innovative construction and infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the FEPS Quality Assurance system in line with NATO/NSPA requirements.
• Apply HACCP principles and ISO 22000 standards across all catering processes.
• Oversee temperature‑control logs, food sampling, cleaning, pest‑control, audits, NCRs and training activities.
• Maintain inspection readiness and QA documentation within the Document Management System.
• Coordinate with the Corporate QA Director to schedule audits, inspections and evaluations.
• Analyse audit findings, work with the catering manager to address deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular QA status reports for senior management and conduct daily briefings on hygiene risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC within food service or catering operations.
• Experience with military customers is a plus.
• Valid HACCP training and strong knowledge of ISO 22000.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• EU passport, eligible to work in Latvia and clean police record.
