Temporary Business Services Specialist – Post‑Trade Services

About the role

As a temporary Business Services Specialist, you will support Accounts Administration, Issuing and Paying Agent Services, and the Market Data team during periods of annual volume growth. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting critical processes and contributing to the team's day‑to‑day deliveries and overall success. The unique structure of the team covering three products in four countries offers exciting growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Data input, processing, analysis, and reporting
• Review and processing of client documentation
• Processing different types of transactions
• Assisting clients with daily inquiries over the phone and email

Required profile

• Previous experience in banking and finance is considered an advantage
• Ability to manage time, multitask, prioritize and work with tight deadlines
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to handle complex information
• Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong digital proficiency, including confident use of MS Office applications and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems, platforms, and databases
• Positive mindset and willingness to take ownership
