Accounts Payable Accountant (Hybrid, Riga)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Shared Service Centre in Riga. The role involves managing the full AP workflow, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure accuracy of AP workflow approvals.
• Process AP invoices, bookings, payments, vendor and inter‑company reconciliations, and period closures.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support auditors with required documentation.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, sales companies, and internal departments.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Finance or Accounting, or current studies in the field.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and self‑driven time‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities, comfortable working under pressure and with remote supervision.
• Proficiency in English (written, read, spoken).
