About the role

Tele2 is looking for a dynamic Centre Leader to manage its Origo store in Riga. You will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively lead and organise the team’s daily work.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Increase store turnover through proactive sales initiatives.
• Plan, organise, control and execute the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and uphold Tele2 service standards.
• Supervise administrative tasks and maintain accurate inventory.
• Provide suggestions for store development and improvement.

Required profile

• Strong sales skills with a high‑contact culture.
• Leadership abilities, initiative and a sense of responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Optimistic, enthusiastic and able to motivate others.
• Precision, integrity and a willingness to learn AI tools.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of AI tools.
