Sales Development Representative

About the role

Rebookify is looking for a part‑time Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach to travel agencies from its Riga office. You will manage lead lists, run email and LinkedIn campaigns, and schedule demo meetings for the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound system day to day: lead lists, email and LinkedIn campaigns, HubSpot CRM
• Build and improve automations so more agencies hear from us
• Cold call travel agencies, explain Rebookify clearly, and qualify interest
• Book demo meetings for the founders and ensure they happen
• Keep the pipeline clean and report weekly on performance

Required profile

• Based in Riga and able to work from Startup House Riga 2‑3 days a week
• Fluent in Latvian and excellent English
• Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of cold outreach
• Structured, reliable and finish what you start
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
