About the role

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, supporting project and site managers throughout the budgeting process.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate construction work costs and prepare detailed estimates.
• Determine work volumes and verify them against project documentation.
• Compute material, labor, equipment and other related expenses.
• Request, collect and compare price offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare bids for private and public procurement procedures.
• Refine estimates in collaboration with project and site managers.
• Analyze project budgets versus actual expenditures.
• Review technical documentation and specifications.

Required profile

• Professional education in construction (preferred).
• Proven experience in preparing estimates for civil and engineering network works.
• Good understanding of civil‑work technologies, materials and cost formation.
• Ability to read and analyse construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong precision, analytical thinking and independent work organization.
• Capacity to meet defined deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using cost estimating software.
