System Analyst / Administrator – Card Issuing Systems

About the role

Join Luminor’s Cards Team as a System Analyst / Administrator and take ownership of the end‑to‑end analysis, configuration, and maintenance of our card issuing platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and payment schemes to deliver reliable, compliant card services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Tieto Card Suite and related card platforms, including products, fees, limits, tokenisation, and 3D Secure.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations, functional specifications, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate solution delivery across card systems, payment platforms, core banking, and customer‑facing channels.
• Participate in card migration projects, product roll‑outs, and platform transformation programmes.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, PSD2, Basel III, IFRS, AML/KYC, and GDPR.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive resolution of production issues.
• Define and manage system interfaces, integrations, and data flows with internal and external platforms.
• Support release planning, testing, change management, and deployment coordination.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Tieto Card Suite or a strong background in card issuing.
• Deep understanding of card lifecycle management, transaction processing, and scheme requirements.
• Hands‑on experience configuring card products and processing rules.
• Familiarity with Visa and/or Mastercard ecosystems.
• Experience with card migrations, platform transformations, or payment modernisation projects.
