About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our production line as a Fiber‑glass Parts Production Operator on a paid six‑month internship. The role is part of the “Jauno Speciālistu Nodarbinātības Programma” and will be carried out in collaboration with Tinby, a company operating modern factories in Denmark, Poland, Latvia and China.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and place fiber‑glass pre‑forms into moulds.
• Apply adhesive to secure the pre‑forms according to production specifications.
• Work in a two‑person team, following shift schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 29.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Goal‑oriented attitude and sense of responsibility.
• Physical stamina for standing and handling materials.
• Ability to cooperate with colleagues; a driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic handling of fiber‑glass components.
