About the role

Yokohama TWS is seeking a Production Shift Manager to ensure an efficient manufacturing flow, proactively anticipate and resolve production challenges, and deliver products on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate weekly production and shipping plans and allocate necessary resources.
• Maintain continuous production flow while monitoring safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Lead shift personnel, participate in recruitment, address problem situations, and organize training to ensure skill availability.
• Assess operator performance and provide development‑focused recommendations.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and communicate findings and improvement proposals.
• Proactively address constraints that could affect the execution of the production plan.

Required profile

• Experience leading teams or shifts, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical or management education.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
• Good Latvian language skills; conversational English is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, flexibility, and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Trial period salary of 2,000 EUR per month.
• After successful trial: hourly rate plus a monthly bonus.
• Additional 50% premium for night hours and 100% premium for overtime.
