About the role

You will join a modern, stable ICT company that delivers innovative, nationally important projects. The role focuses on maintaining, administering and developing information systems to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Install applications and updates, monitor daily system operations, and analyse server and application log files.
• Perform maintenance work in line with SLA requirements and keep technical documentation up‑to‑date.
• Resolve problems and incidents according to company processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, testers, developers and database administrators.
• Define and implement high‑availability and business‑continuity processes.
• Propose improvements and developments aligned with service strategy.

Required profile

• Professional or higher education in IT, telecommunications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in information‑system maintenance.
• Proficiency in Latvian (C‑level) and English (B‑level) for effective communication.

Required skills

• Shell and Bash scripting.
• Relational databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, strong SQL query skills.
• Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Zabbix, Grafana.
• Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTPS, NTP.
• REST and SOAP interfaces.
• Security solutions: SIEM, PAM.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles (advantage).
