SFP Communication Lead

About the role

Join PMI’s SFP team to lead integrated communication campaigns across the Baltic markets. You will shape brand narratives, ensure alignment with commercial goals, and support the company’s smoke‑free future ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communication campaigns for SFP brands in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Create, adapt and localise content for digital, video, print, CRM and consumer‑facing channels.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business priorities into impactful communication strategies.
• Coordinate external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs and feedback.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and market trends, and recommend improvements.
• Support communication strategy development through testing, personalisation and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, communications, brand management or agency environments, preferably within FMCG or consumer‑focused industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across markets and functions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project and agency management abilities, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Valid work permit for the country of employment and fluency in English.
