Senior Shop Manager – Riga

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Shop Manager to own and operate our live online shops end‑to‑end. You will drive daily updates, run campaigns, test ideas and use AI to keep a portfolio of more than 20 shops moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day operations of assigned online shops, including campaign updates, banner changes, discount logic and asset implementation.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of shop projects, coordinating with product, development, analytics and creative teams.
• Launch new Shopify shops and expand existing shops into new markets, handling localisation (language, currency, payment).
• Design, execute and analyse A/B tests, QA releases and conversion‑optimisation initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to generate test ideas, create QA checklists, adapt content and accelerate reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of e‑commerce shop or online project management experience.
• Proven ownership of complex, cross‑functional projects with tight timelines.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, comfortable with A/B testing, QA and acting on results.
• Daily use of AI tools for analysis, drafting, QA and reporting.
• Hands‑on attitude – you make decisions and execute them yourself.
• Fluent English (negotiation level) and experience working with international teams.
