Service Manager – Lead a New Service Team in Riga

About the role

We are establishing a brand‑new Epson office in Riga and need a Service Manager to build and lead the Service team within our European Business Services (EBS) function. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service administration, customer care and related activities while fostering strong internal partnerships across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service EBS team, covering service administration, customer care and related processes.
• Standardise service delivery across regions through defined processes and KPIs.
• Execute service plans aligned with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with local organisations, senior management and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Promote a high‑performing team culture, employee engagement and talent development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a large, diverse customer service team in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Background in service administration, customer care and vendor management.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all management levels.
• Self‑starter who can motivate both self and team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional major European language is a plus.
