Danish Speaking Customer Consultant

About the role

Join Circle K's Customer Contact Centre in Riga and provide support to Danish-speaking customers via phone and email. You will handle card support, account administration, and promote station campaigns and products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone and email, managing new orders and registrations.
• Provide card support, account administration, and outbound follow‑up calls.
• Advise customers on station campaigns, products, and services.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish and English (verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level).
• Enjoy fast‑paced environments and working with multiple systems.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
