Senior SEO Specialist – iGaming

About the role

Serpa Media Group is expanding its SEO team and seeks a Senior SEO Specialist focused on iGaming. You will own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of iGaming projects, turning strategic direction into concrete technical, content, and link‑building initiatives that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own SEO strategy for assigned iGaming sites while contributing to broader portfolio initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research, create on‑page targeting plans and detailed content briefs for the Content team.
• Run hands‑on technical SEO audits (crawl, indexation, architecture) with Screaming Frog and translate findings into prioritized action plans.
• Analyse Google Search Console data to spot opportunities, validate hypotheses and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with the Link Building team on domain research, audit, and prioritisation for market expansion and maintenance.
• Design, execute and evaluate structured SEO tests (technical, on‑page, structural) before scaling.
• Produce clear performance reports for the Head of SEO and operate within existing automation workflows (n8n).
• Take initiative to identify project needs and drive cross‑functional execution without hand‑holding.

Required profile

• Proven, hands‑on experience in iGaming or affiliate SEO with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong expertise with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Windsor.ai (or equivalent reporting tools).
• Practical experience managing WordPress sites, including REST API and theme‑level knowledge.
• Ability to work across technical SEO, off‑page strategy and content planning, briefing other departments confidently.
• Portfolio or case studies with live Ahrefs/GSC data and before‑after performance metrics.
