aCRM Analyst – Customer Data & Strategic Transformations

About the role

Join SEB’s Customer Analytics and Data Science team as an aCRM Analyst. You will shape effective customer communications by building precise customer samples, automating cross‑channel campaigns, and delivering data‑driven insights that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Automation, Product, Compliance and other units to translate business needs into data‑driven communication solutions.
• Combine, clean and filter large datasets to create accurate customer segments for both mandatory and marketing communications.
• Design and implement automated, cross‑channel communication workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Continuously improve relevance and effectiveness of communications through data‑based decision making.
• Contribute to new initiatives and enhancements in direct marketing and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Analytical thinker comfortable working with large datasets.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and working‑level English.

Required skills

• SQL (segmentation logic, joins, filtering).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).
