Senior Program Manager, Data Practice

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Data Practice across Central and Eastern Europe. The role sits at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client engagement, driving program governance and accelerating AI‑driven delivery frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program management for multiple concurrent data and AI engagements in the EU region.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, including status reporting, risk management, escalation paths, and delivery cadences.
• Champion the AI Delivery Model framework and embed AI tooling into delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence, Delivery Managers, Business Units, and GDO partners to pilot and scale AI‑augmented SDLC processes.
• Act as primary escalation point for program‑level issues and support pre‑sales activities such as scoping and estimation.
• Mentor Delivery Managers, support onboarding, and contribute to practice‑wide initiatives like KPI design and capability building.

Required profile

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in technology services or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex data, analytics, or AI programs at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with C‑level clients and engineering teams.
• Experience in matrixed, multi‑geography organizations with distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent command of English; German is a plus.
