Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead and optimise procurement processes within our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality supply solutions while building strategic supplier partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated procurement category and coordinate the procurement team.
• Proactively plan, execute and monitor purchasing activities to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with international suppliers.
• Identify and implement resource optimisation and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a procurement specialist in an international manufacturing environment.
• Experience in wooden furniture manufacturing or a related sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to continuously develop knowledge and skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles or a LEAN certification.
