Field Support Representative Specialist

About the role

The Field Support Representative (FSR) provides on‑site operational and technical assistance to Redwire’s customers, ensuring products perform effectively and that client satisfaction remains high. The role involves diagnosing issues, documenting feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site operational and technical support to customers in Riga and abroad.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, offering consultation and guidance.
• Document customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in company systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Redwire products and systems.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Product Management, Customer Service, and MRO departments.
• Participate in the “Stand‑by System” rotation schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) technologies and aviation standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Latvian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for short‑term business trips abroad.
