Senior Paid Social Specialist

About the role

MBD is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist to own client campaigns across social media platforms. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaigns – from strategy and budget planning to daily optimisation and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and other platforms.
• Manage client budgets, ensure efficiency and deliver comprehensive performance reports.
• Work with audience targeting, A/B testing, creative rotation and scaling strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, test new formats and channels.
• Present results and insights to clients in a clear, data‑driven manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience managing paid‑social campaigns, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven track record of handling real budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Fluent in Latvian (working level) and English.
• Legal right to work in Latvia/EU and ability to work from Riga (hybrid).

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Conversion tracking setup – Pixel, CAPI, UTM parameters, GA4.
• Data‑driven decision making and client‑friendly reporting.
• Experience with BigQuery or other reporting automation tools (plus).
• Familiarity with B2B lead‑generation campaigns (plus).
