Senior IT Support Specialist – Riga

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of its IT environment in Riga. You will provide advanced technical support to end users and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex internet, network, and escalated first‑level support cases.
• Provide in‑depth support for Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and other productivity applications.
• Manage email systems, handling advanced configuration and security tasks.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair printers and multifunction devices.
• Conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support business‑critical applications such as ERP, CAD, CAM, and ECAD.
• Participate in process‑automation initiatives and evaluate new software solutions.
• Administer endpoint and mobile device management tools (Endpoint Central, MDM, ServiceDesk Plus).

Required profile

• Higher education in Information Technology.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.

Required skills

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) – advantage.
• Experience supporting ERP/PDM systems – advantage.
• Endpoint Central, MDM, ServiceDesk Plus.
