Norwegian Speaking IT Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Join Vivicta’s User Support department in Latvia and provide first‑line IT assistance to corporate customers across the Nordics. No prior IT experience is required – full training is provided, making this an ideal entry point for a career in technology.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high customer satisfaction while interacting daily with colleagues, clients, and technicians.
• Deliver first‑line support to Nordic customers via phone, ticketing systems and other tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions using the internal knowledge base.
• Continuously update personal knowledge and contribute to the knowledge database.
• Assist with ticket backlog management when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent Norwegian and strong English communication skills.
• Interest in the IT field and willingness to learn through provided training.
• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk or related area is a plus.
• Fast learner who adapts easily to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
• Accountable, independent, and able to prioritize tasks.
