Zoho Administrator & IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Zoho Administrator & IT Support Specialist to join our Riga team. You will own the administration of our Zoho suite, building automations and integrations while providing L1‑L2 technical support to internal users and clients. The role requires a structured, hands‑on approach to keep the platform reliable and the workplace running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the company Zoho instance – users, roles, permissions, security settings and licenses.
• Configure and maintain Zoho apps such as CRM, Desk, Cliq, People, Books and Projects.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, custom functions and reports.
• Develop integrations between Zoho and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks and Zoho Flow.
• Handle L1‑L2 support requests – register, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Support Windows and macOS workstations, perform software installations and hardware diagnostics.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with Zoho administration, integrations or automations.
• Experience in L1‑L2 IT support.
• Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
• Comfortable supporting Windows and macOS users.
• Latvian and English language proficiency; Ukrainian/Russian a plus.

Required skills

• Zoho administration (CRM, Desk, Cliq, People, Books, Projects).
• Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow.
• REST API and webhook integration.
• Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Windows and macOS workstation support.
• Basic networking and Linux knowledge.
